OneCares Terms of Service

Welcome to OneCares. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our services and set out your rights and obligations. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Service Agreement

OneCares provides a variety of home maintenance and diagnostic services, including but not limited to air conditioning servicing, plumbing, electrical services, cleaning, and general repairs. By engaging with OneCares for any services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scheduling and Service Performance

Upon receiving your service request, OneCares will confirm the date, time, and scope of work with you prior to service commencement.

OneCares reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, unavailability of technicians, or other factors beyond our control. You will be notified of any such changes at the earliest convenience.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment for services is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Payments may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

For OneCares members, payments will be deducted from your member credit balance. If the service cost exceeds your available credit, the remaining balance will be payable through another method of payment.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Warranty

OneCares provides a 6-month warranty on all services rendered. The warranty period commences from the date of service completion and covers defects or issues directly related to the work performed by OneCares.

The warranty covers repair or replacement of parts and labor directly associated with the initial service.

This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or external factors such as natural disasters.

5. Liability

OneCares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any delay in providing services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

OneCares will not be responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage that was not directly caused by our services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service area is safe and accessible for our technicians. OneCares is not liable for damages caused by restricted access or unsafe working conditions.

6. Cancellations and No-Show Penalties

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.

If no one is present at the property when our technician arrives at the scheduled time, a no-show penalty of $50 will be charged, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

7. Service Exclusions

The services provided by OneCares are limited to the scope of work agreed upon. Any additional work requested during or after the initial service will be subject to additional charges and may require rescheduling.

OneCares does not perform any services that require specialized licenses or certifications beyond our scope of expertise.

8. Data Privacy

By engaging with our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of scheduling and providing services. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services, we will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

OneCares reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
