Terms & Conditions

Transport Charges

A minimum transport fee of $60.00 per trip will apply to all site works.

Transport charges will be waived for any single-day trip where the total service charges exceed $300.00.

Pre-Inspection Charges

If a pre-inspection is required based on site conditions, the following fees apply:

Technician: $60.00

Specialist: $100.00

Professional: $300.00 – $600.00

On-site testing or visual inspections will incur a charge of $100.00.

Labour Charges

For services where fixed-cost computation is not feasible, labour will be charged at $25.00 per hour, rounded to the nearest hour.

A minimum charge of $60.00 per trip per worker applies.

Services performed on overtime, Sundays, or Public Holidays will be charged at 1.5 times the standard labour rate.

Materials & Purchases

In the absence of a predetermined quotation and for urgent works, all material purchases will be borne by the client.

A 15% service fee will be applied to all material purchases.

All material purchase details will be submitted after the completion of service work.

Minimum Billing

For any service valued at less than $60.00 per worker per trip, a minimum service charge of $60.00 will apply.

An additional transport charge of $60.00 will also be billed accordingly.

Emergency Call-Out Surcharge

For urgent requests, the following surcharges will apply based on response time:

Within 4 hours: $200.00

Within 8 hours: $150.00

Within 24 hours: $100.00

GST

All charges are subject to 9% GST.

Follow-Up Services

For time-based service jobs, any additional follow-up work related to the same job will be treated as a new engagement and will incur additional transport and service charges.
